Step by Step
How Returns Work.

Get in Touch
Send an email to hello@softscollective.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You don't need to justify yourself — it's your right.

Receive Return Instructions
We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ship the Item
Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest Swiss Post branch or carrier of your choice.

Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the full purchase price within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Legal Withdrawal Notice.
Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us — SOFTS, Geere 20, 8572 Guntershausen bei Berg, hello@softscollective.com — by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal period is met if you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions
What Can Be Returned.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item
  • Items must show no signs of wear

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Individually printed or personalized items (if offered)
  • Items that have visibly been worn or washed
